California Garlic Paste was brought to life in the kitchen of Upland Kabob, a family-run Persian restaurant in operation for more than 15 years. The restaurant dishes many homemade recipes dating back to generations from Iran. In the years before the paste’s inception, Chef Yadie felt as if his dishes were not yet perfected. With patience and time, he crafted a delicious garlic paste that has been served alongside every plate ever since. California Garlic Paste is just 3 simple ingredients of garlic, lemon juice, and vegetable oil, and can be used as a dip, spread, sauce, marination, and dressing!
